About Dee and Quintessence
Quintessence Alternative Health Therapies was created from a deep calling that could not be ignored. Founder and owner, Dee Woolridge, was spiritually awakened and asked, “How can I be of service”? The answer was, “offer your gifts to those in need of healing." A 25 year Navy Reserve Public Affairs Officer, Dee spent much time in public service to her country and to her community. She's assisted countless service members, communities, families, and civic organizations on outreach projects, such as Habitat for Humanity, and youth programs like The Boys and Girls Club of America.
A natural intuitive and empath, Dee would simply listen, then offer divinely directly guidance to those who were drawn to her. This phenomenon started with the premature birth of her daughter 21 years ago. She sought out holistic health treatments to aid in the healing process of her child and her family. She studied essential oils, meditation, energy healing, crystal properties, and other alternative health methods, which have now become a way of life.
Dee believes that her gifts come from Universal Source and that she is divinely guided by angels and spirit guides. She is a perpetual student of the metaphysics who studied at the Atlantic Institute of Aromatherapy; at The Deborah King Center; and she is a regular attendee of Doreen Virtue's Angel Therapy classes. Dee is the host of A Higher Realm Talk radio show, is a Usui Reiki Master, a crystal healing practitioner, an ordained minister, a Certified Spirit Guide Coach, Akashic Records Specialist, lecturer, teacher, and lover of all light work modalities. She is currently a student at the Florida Institute of Hypnotherapy and has begun offering sessions in hypnotherapy.
Dee finds that her combination of spirituality and practical application to be an excellent compliment to one's self-care, and medical doctor's advice.
